According to the relevant requirements of the "law of the People's Republic of China on the protection of the rights and interests of consumers", the "law of the People's Republic of China on product quality" and the "provisions on the liability for repairing, replacing and returning some commodities", the company provides the following for the warranty period of our products:

Ordinary insert: warranty period of 3 years;Leakage protection: the warranty period is 3 years

The warranty period is one year.Circuit breaker: 1 year warranty

Electrical sub-category: warranty period of 1 year;Machinery: 1 year warranty

Timing device: warranty period of 1 year;Weak electricity: warranty period of 1 year

Overpower protection: 3 years warranty


Remark:

1. The refund is guaranteed within seven days, replacement within 15 days and repair within one year;

(within 7 days from the date of sale, if the performance failure occurs, the consumer may choose to return the product, replace it or repair it;Within 15 days from the date of sale, the customer may choose to replace the goods or repair the performance failure;Consumers may replace products that have not been repaired within the warranty period for more than two times of the same fault;During the product warranty period, consumers can choose to replace products that are maintained for more than 90 days due to unsupplied spare parts; consumers can choose to replace products that are maintained for more than 30 days due to their own reasons;)

2. The warranty period of the above products will be implemented from January 1, 2017. Products purchased before this date will be subject to the warranty certificate and manual promise at that time.

3. The warranty period within and outside the warranty period shall be subject to the date of the sales certificate purchased by the user. If the user loses the certificate, the production date of the product number shall be postponed for 6 months as the starting date to calculate the warranty period.


The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Consumers cause damage or intentional damage due to improper use, maintenance or custody;

2. Dismantle and repair by themselves or by maintenance personnel specially appointed by the factory;

3. The barcode for product is defective or altered;

4. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters;

5. All damages and losses caused by environmental conditions (power supply, temperature, humidity and other factors not controlled by the product).


Return and exchange rules :(according to the national three guarantees policy)

1. If performance failure occurs within 7 days from the date of sale, you can choose to return, replace or repair.

2. If performance failure occurs within 15 days from the date of sale, replacement or repair is optional.

3. Within the warranty period, if the product is not repaired after more than 2 times of maintenance (excluding 2 times) of the same fault, it can be replaced.

4. Within the warranty period, products purchased in offline stores can be directly returned, replaced and maintained by the seller;

5. Outside the warranty period, the company will not undertake the responsibility of free maintenance and replacement.
